The 12 Tags of Christmas Challenge is sponsored by The Funkie Junkie Boutique.
Today, I am entering my version of inspiration tag NUMBER 10, which can be seen HERE. There were several things I LOVED about Tag 10. The first thing was FJ's dry embossing technique using Tim Holtz's diffuser! I just had to get me one of those! I ordered it along with a holly and poinsettia embossing folder. I used my new toys on a piece of red CS and then used forest moss DI over the embossed images.
However, that was not the only thing I loved about FJ's inspiration. The FRAME die! I died for it, so I had to order that too! I cut it out and silver embossed it and glittered it. For the inside of the frame, I used some Santa stamps and a Merry Christmas sentiment.
For embellishment at the bottom, I added holly leaves cut from Tim Holtz dies and a crinkled ribbon bow.
Again, with this week's challenge, I used some new techniques and learned a few things. Thank you, Funkie Junkie for your inspiration. All of the rules of this 12 Tags of Christmas Challenge may be read HERE, We are almost to the finish line; HOWEVER, FJ has extended the deadline date to JANUARY 8, 2014 (details HERE). So still time to join the challenge.

This really rocks, Jayne! Love that I inspired you to use the embossing diffuser - such a great tool. And you won't be sorry you went for the Ornate Frame die, it's definitely a keeper! Your card turned out beautiful! Love your red embossed background and that pretty holly cluster. Great work again on this one.
